DEUEL REGISTRATION SITE INSTRUCTIONS

All attendees will be asked to register to use the Deuel Registration site. Once you click the “Register for this Event,” button on the Deuel Registration webpage, you will be prompted to enter your email address. Please follow the steps below for ASBMB Members or Non-member registrants.

If you are an ASBMB Member:

1. Enter the email address associated with your member profile. If you do not remember this address, please email membership@asbmb.org and request this information prior to registering. Do Not set up a new profile.

2. Once your email address is validated you will enter your password.

3. If you do not remember the password associated with your member profile, click the “Forgot your password?” link and it will be emailed to you.

4. Review and/or update your profile information and select the, “Submit and Continue to Meeting” at the bottom of the page.

5. Read the Meeting Overview information and select the “Register for Meeting,” button at the bottom of the page.

6. Select the appropriate registration type and housing selection. Click the “Save and Continue,” button to complete payment processing.

7. ASBMB accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your card will be automatically charged when you submit payment and your place at the conference confirmed. Registrants may also choose the “bill me later” option and send an institutional check for payment to the ASBMB address provided on the electronic invoice. To confirm your place at the Deuel Conference, ASBMB requests payment within 14 days of registering. Registration will remain “incomplete” until payment is received.

8. An on-screen registration confirmation will display and a copy will be sent to your email in box.

9. If you experience any technical difficulties during the registration process, there is a link at the bottom of each page to report problems. Please use this channel to report all technical related issues.

If you are a Non-Member registrant:

1. Enter your email address

2. If your email is not recognized by the system, click the “Register to use this site,” button to create your profile and set up a password.

3. Complete the profile fields and select the, “Submit and Continue to Meeting” button at the bottom of the page.

4. Read the Meeting Overview information and select the “Register for Meeting,” button at the bottom of the page.

5. Select the appropriate registration type and housing selection. Click the “Save and Continue,” button to complete payment processing.
