Speaker Information

In accordance with conference policy, room and board will be paid by the Deuel Conference.

The Conference will pay speaker air travel at the coach rate expense, ground transportation or hotel parking.

Presentations should be 30 minutes in length plus 10 minutes for discussion.

Short talks should be 15 minutes in length plus 5 minutes for discussion.

The conference will be equipped with a screen, LCD projector, lavaliere and microphones, podium and a laser pointer. If your presentation will require additional AV equipment, please contact the Local Arrangements Chair to make arrangements.

At the end of the conference, submit receipts for travel reimbursement to:
